How do I obtain a quote?

Our Manufacturers' Web Sites and find the items you would
like to receive a quote on. Be sure to include the manufacturer's
name, product numbers and descriptions for each item you are
interested in. Please include your delivery address and phone
number (with area code) so that we can properly quote an in-home
delivery charge. A separate'-inbound' freight charge that
covers the cost of transporting your furniture from the manufacturer

Do I have to pay sales tax?
No! And this can add greatly
to your already 'substantial savings.' We do not collect or
submit sales or use tax for any state other than Michigan
(6%). Local and state laws may vary on sales and use tax when
you purchase items that are shipped to you from out of state.
It is your responsibility to comply with laws as set forth
by your state.
What do I have to know about delivery?
Your order will be delivered
by a professional in-home delivery service. Delivery in the
State of Michigan is free of charge. Otherwise an estimated
fee can be determined once you have decided on the items that
you wish to order. The fee is based on weight and destination,
and is payable at the time of delivery to the delivery service.
The in-home delivery service will provide two delivery people
to unload, uncrate, and place your furniture.
If you have concerns, discuss
them with the delivery service when they contact you to schedule
your delivery. You will need to provide complete directions
and any special instructions to the delivery company. If you
cannot be there to accept delivery, please make arrangements
to have a responsible person present so that the delivery
service may rely upon his or her signature as authorized agent
to inspect and accept delivery.
Be certain the furniture you
have ordered will fit into the designated rooms, as well as
through entrances and hallways. Please check your order for
accuracy.
