process of shopping in our stores, making a purchase, and
receiving delivery in your home.

>>Satisfaction Guarantee |
| We appreciate your business, and we are here
to do everything we can to make your design project successful
and worry-free. Israels Designs for Living, Inc guarantees your
complete satisfaction, just as we have done since 1956.
|
>>Warranty |
Most products are covered by a written warranty. See your
designer for a copy of any applicable warranty. Your sales receipt
is your itemized invoice and your warranty receipt, and must
be presented for warranty service. Please keep this invoice
in a safe place for future reference on any service issues.
Israels Designs for Living, Inc limits its service within one
year of the manufacturer's warranty

>>Special Orders |
When you place your order, we will give you our best estimate
lead time of the special order time, based on the manufacturer's
promise date. Promised dates may vary due to changes in supply
and demand at the manufacturing level as well as scheduling
of freight lines. Please call us if you have questions about
your special order.

>>Delivery |
We will call you to schedule a delivery date when your merchandise
is ready. Your merchandise will be delivered by a careful and
courteous delivery crew who will do the job right. For Your
Convenience and Safety:
1. Please remove all obstacles from exterior and interior walkways
and hallways to avoid any unnecessary accidents.
2. Please provide an area for the delivery crew to wipe their
feet. For safety reasons they cannot remove their shoes while
in your home.
3. Please have the room clear. The delivery crew cannot disassemble,
move, or reassemble your present furniture, including electronics.
If you have chosen to pay at time of delivery (C.O.D.), please
verify the amount due when we call to set up your delivery.
The delivery crew cannot deliver C.O.D. merchandise without
receiving payment. Because of many variables, we are unable
to guarantee a specific delivery time to your home; however,
we can arrange for the delivery drivers to contact you in a
requested time frame before they reach your home.

>>Product Care |
Regular care and proper use will greatly enhance the full
enjoyment of your new furnishings. We have fabric and wood care
products available for sale in our stores, as well as practical
information on basic soil prevention and cleaning techniques
for all types of furniture. Please ask your designer for any
furniture care pamphlets that you may require.

>>Service |
We know that unforeseen problems can arise, so if something
isn't right, we'll make it right. Simply phone your designer,
the store manager, or our service department for prompt attention.
|
>>Payments & Financing |
• Deposit
A minimum 1/3 deposit at the time of sale is required on all
purchases.
• Payment Methods Before Delivery
We accept Cash, Check, Master card, VISA, American Express,
and Discover for all deposits and payments made up through the
day of delivery. (Note: some purchases requiring installation
cannot be set up as C.O.D.)
• Payment Methods After Delivery
For your convenience, we offer an Israels Charge Account, which
may be opened at the time of purchase.
• Billing Information
Your copy of the sales invoice is your itemized bill. In all
areas of accounting, our standard is 100% accuracy, so please
call us if you have any question regarding your account.

>>Return Policy |
In the event you wish to make changes to your purchase, we
will follow these guidelines to be fair to all our customers:
• All Custom-Made Product
(upholstery, window coverings, bedcoverings, broadloom, softgoods,
etc.) Orders for custom-made products may be cancelled at no
charge within 3 business days of placing your order. After 3
business days, no cancellations, returns, exchanges, or credits
will be accepted.
• Cash and Carry
All "take-with" items may be returned in good condition
for a full refund within 10 days of purchase. Returns require
proof of purchase.
• Items Sold "As-Is"
Items sold "As-Is" are final sales, and will not be
accepted for return, credit, exchange, or cancellation.
• All Other Orders
Orders for products that are not custom-made may be cancelled
at no charge within 3 business days of placing your order. Orders
cancelled after 3 business days are subject to a 20% restocking
charge. Items may be returned in good condition within 10 days
after delivery, subject to a 20% restocking charge. Returns
require proof of purchase. No returns will be accepted beyond
10 days after delivery.
• Refund Methods
Refunds for purchases paid by Bankcard or Charge Account will
be credited to the same Bankcard or Charge Account. Refunds
for purchases paid by cash or check will be refunded by company
check, and require up to 2 weeks for processing. No cash refunds.
